On that note, I bring you peanut butter brownies with white chocolate chips. After watching the great taste-makers at my latest Jazzy Workshop, the recipe behind this chewy creation was born. Who knows? Biting into these brownies may kick-start your own imagination…
Makes 9 big squares or 16 mini-brownie bites
 Macros per big square:  296 calories | 37 g carbs | 8 g protein | 14 g fat | 4 g fiber 
Ingredients
1 ¼ cup oat flour
 ½ cup cacao powder
 ½ cup peanut butter
 2/3 cup coconut sugar
 ½ cup white chocolate chips (or more to taste)
 1 tsp. baking powder
 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 8” x 8” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) and stir until well-combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cut brownies into even squares, top with fresh strawberries and eat.
