Vegan Pumpkin & Spice Smoothie
Makes 2 pints
Ingredients
¼ cup pumpkin purée
4 pitted Medjool dates
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup almond milk
4-5 frozen bananas
Toppings (optional)
Dried golden berries
Dried goji berries
Coconut palm sugar
Directions
- Place two pint-sized mason jars or cups in the freezer to chill.
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients, except for the toppings, until smooth.
- Pour into chilled jars or cups.
- Top with desired amount of toppings and serve cold.
