You might love to pile your plate high with vegetables, but chances are, you know plenty of people who won’t touch them. Don’t let the veggie-hating run rampant; turn the haters into veggie lovers with a simple herbed marinade. Boasting vegan Worcestershire sauce and herbs like oregano and basil, this marinade will transform ordinary vegetables into a savory culinary experience that even the most staunch meat lovers will get hooked on.
