“Nothing is worth more than this day.”

~Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

A fisherman was sitting on the beach. A man in his late 20s, fresh out of Harvard Business School, approached him and asked what he was doing.

The fisherman replied, “I’m resting here on the beach, relaxing.”

The Harvard MBA inquired, “But why don’t you go out and catch more fish to sell?”

The fisherman asked, “Why?”

The MBA replied, “Well, then you could make more money and buy more boats.”

“Why?” asked the fisherman.

“So you can catch even more fish and make even more money,” explained the MBA.

“Why?” asked the fisherman.

“So you can buy even bigger boats and make even more money,” said the MBA.

“Why?” asked the fisherman.

“So you can retire,” said the MBA.

“Retire?” asked the fisherman.  “What do you do when you retire?”

“Uh, you sit on the beach and relax,” replied the MBA.

Have the best day ever!

Namaste!
