Ingredients

1 scoop French Vanilla Designer Whey
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
1 Tbsp. unsulphured molasses
3 tsp. coconut oil
3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions

  1. Coat a mug with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. In an oversized mug, combine all ingredients, whisking with a fork until smooth.
  3. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes. Continue heating in 30-second intervals until cake is done. Serve warm.
