Ingredients
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
8-12 fresh mint leaves
1 scoop Sunshine Protein Vanilla 100% Plant-Based Protein
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 mango
1/2 ripe avocado
Pinch of stevia
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, process almond milk and mint until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Add another tablespoon of almond milk if mixture does not yet have a thick and creamy consistency.
- Top with fresh berries, raw, shelled hemp seeds and a sprig of mint if desired.
