Carrot-Pumpkin Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
1-1/2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
1 cup ice
1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
3 large carrots, cut into 1/2″ pieces
1 medium banana
1 cup canned pumpkin
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to two serving glasses and serve chilled.
