On plate, combine cinnamon and allspice. Dip apple slices in spices to coat both sides. If your air fryer is not large enough for two apples, do one at a time.

Fill air fryer basket with apple slices (split into two batches if necessary) – do not overcrowd basket.

Heat air fryer to 280 degrees F. Bake roughly 20 minutes, or until apples have dried a bit. Flip apple slices over.

Increase temperature to 320 degrees F. Bake additional 10 to 12 minutes or until they become deep golden brown with dark edges. Note: If chips cook too quickly, reduce temperature by 1 degree and remove chips on the verge of burning.
