Ingredients

Instructions

  1. On plate, combine cinnamon and allspice. Dip apple slices in spices to coat both sides. If your air fryer is not large enough for two apples, do one at a time.
  2. Fill air fryer basket with apple slices (split into two batches if necessary) – do not overcrowd basket.
  3. Heat air fryer to 280 degrees F. Bake roughly 20 minutes, or until apples have dried a bit. Flip apple slices over.
  4. Increase temperature to 320 degrees F. Bake additional 10 to 12 minutes or until they become deep golden brown with dark edges. Note: If chips cook too quickly, reduce temperature by 1 degree and remove chips on the verge of burning.
  5. Let apple chips cool (they will crisp during this time). Once completely cooled, store chips in mason jar or reusable bag.
