Almond-Stuffed Dates with Coconut Flakes
Ingredients
Almonds
Almond Butter
Desiccated Coconut

Directions
- Carefully pull apart each date and remove the pit. (Use dates at room temperature.)
- Place a raw almond and about ½ teaspoon of almond butter inside the date and squish it back together.
- Peel off the outside layer of the date and roll date in coconut.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Freeze any additional leftovers. (Tip: they’re an amazing addition to smoothies!)
