1 scoop Designer Protein Native Whey Isolate Vanilla Milkshake
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk of choice

Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
