Rebecca Frey is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, where she earned the Diplôme de Pâtisserie (French Pastry Techniques Diploma). She also holds an MSc in Culinary Innovation from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Professional Chocolatier's Certificate from Ecole Chocolat.
