- 8 Red Delicious apples cored
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. allspice optional
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup

Preheat oven 350 degrees Use paring knife to cut out apple cores.
