Why do so many appetizers seem to be made from foods not deemed healthy enough for your entrée? Mounds of fried, oily cheese, mayonnaise-drenched dips, deep-fried anything—they’re all loaded with calories, carbs, sodium or cholesterol. It’s time to banish the bad and introduce a healthier appetizer to your table! These Cauliflower Poppers are baked with diet-friendly foods, but it’s the addition of green chiles that will keep you coming back for more. Hungry between meals? Enjoy them instead as a healthy snack!
