Berry & White Chia Protein Crumble

Ingredients
2 scoops ARO Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Complex PLUS
1/3 cup Vitacost Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Non-GMO White Chia Seeds
3 Tbsp. Vitacost Xylitol
1 tsp. cardamom
2 Tbsp. Vitacost Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2 cups strawberries
1-1/2 cups blackberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat four ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large box, stir together protein powder, oats, chia seeds, xylitol and cardamom until well combined.
- In a small bowl, microwave coconut oil until melted. Pour into oat crumble mixture.
- Carefully fold in berries, and then stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Evenly distribute crumble mixture into four ramekins and bake 32 – 36 minutes, or until fruit begins to bubble and crumble turns golden brown.
- Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
