Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla cupcake protein powder
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup raw honey
Rainbow sprinkles (optional but not really)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the sprinkles. Add the almond milk slowly to get the perfect smooth and creamy texture you would expect in a truffle.
- Roll dough into balls.
- Coat the balls with lots and lots of sprinkles.
