Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie for Baby

by | Read time: 1 minute

You make yourself a smoothie almost every morning and your little one, seated nearby in her high chair, always asks for a sip. You can’t share yours, but you can make one that’s just for her! With a simple smoothie, you can get your baby started on eating greens and superfoods at a young age. Try it as a healthy breakfast and save leftovers for an afternoon snack. A soft-tip baby spoon and muslin snap bib are not required for serving but very much suggested!
