Brie is a mild, slightly sweet cheese that pairs particularly well with pears. Layer thin slices of each on crusty, whole grain bread for a sensational gourmet-style sandwich simple enough for anyone to make. Brie & Pear Sandwich

Serves 1


Brie cheese, sliced
1 medium  pear, thinly sliced
2 slices whole grain bread,  toasted (or make your own bread with a mix)
2 Tbsp.  organic salsa


1. Layer cheese and pear onto toasted bread.

2. Top with salsa and serve.
