Cacao & Chia Truffles
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. cacao powder
2 Tbsp. almond butter
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut flour
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
- On a plate, spread cacao powder.
- Scoop out a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands.
- Roll the ball in the cacao powder and repeat until all of the mixture is gone.
