Has it been a while since you heard a snap, crackle, pop in your cereal bowl? Your preference for puffed rice may have petered out long ago, replaced by healthier breakfast choices. Still, you occasionally miss those crispy, feather-light bits and their cheerful sound in the morning. Good news: a better-for-you version exists, and it’s just as crisp and delicious! Skip down memory lane with these classic treats, made with brown rice cereal and wholesome peanut butter instead of the sugary, non-vegan marshmallows in the recipe you enjoyed as a kid.
