Candy Corn Protein Smoothie

The office candy bowl’s got nothing on you. In the past, you may have been drawn to it, sneaking away multiple times a day to steal a treat. But now, you get to indulge your sweet tooth in a healthier way thanks to this candy corn smoothie. With three delicious, colorful and protein-packed layers, each sip satisfies your healthy diet and your cravings. Keep in mind that to get the perfect colors, you’ll be blending the layers out of order, so assemble carefully. Enjoy slurping up your favorite treat all year long!

Bottom layer

1 scoop Vega® Tropical Protein & Greens (or any vanilla Vega protein)
1 cup Silk® Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
1 cup plain, non-dairy yogurt
1 ripe banana

Top layer

1/2 Tbsp. Vitacost Certified Organic Turmeric
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup water

Middle layer

1 Tbsp. turmeric
1 large carrot


  1. In blender, combine all bottom layer ingredients and process until smooth. Transfer 1/3 mixture into serving glass or cup.
  2. Add top layer ingredients into blender and process until smooth and yellow. Transfer half mixture to separate glass and set aside.
  3. Add middle layer ingredients to blender and process until smooth and orange. Transfer entire mixture to serving glass on top of white mixture.
  4. Transfer top, yellow layer to serving glass on top of orange layer.
