Have your cake—but don’t eat it, drink it. You’ll save yourself from a sugar crash, a bunch of extra calories and fat and the guilty feeling that comes with one too many forkfuls of a decadent dessert. This smoothie boasts bakery flavor but is made with healthy ingredients like non-fat Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, fresh carrots, nuts and chia seeds, with a scoop of cinnamon protein powder for sweet taste without added sugar. It’s a slice of pure bliss, down to the very last sip.
