Cashew, Honey & Oat Protein Bites
Makes 16 balls
Ingredients
1 scoop NutriWhey Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cashew butter
2 Tbsp. spreadable honey
2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
Sugar-free chocolate syrup for drizzling and sprinkles for decorating
Directions
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Divide and roll dough into 16 balls.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add sprinkles, if desired.
- Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
