Here’s a Halloween trick that’s really a treat! This chocolate cheese ball dip is rich, creamy and rolled in chocolate chips for the ultimate bite. Dress it up with candy eyes and cookie “ears” and you’ve got yourself a festive little monster that’s equal parts spooky and sweet. Serve with pretzels, crackers or cookies.

  1. In large bowl, use hand mixer to whip cream cheese and cashew butter together until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and whip again.
  3. Fold in 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Place in plastic wrap and shape into large ball. Place in freezer for 30 min to hold shape.
  5. Once firm, remove from wrap, smooth out shape with spatula and cover in dark chocolate chips, leaving room for eyes, two white chocolate chips for teeth and half of one chocolate cookie for each ear.
  6. Serve with gluten-free pretzels, graham crackers apple slices or strawberries.
