Cup or cone? Obviously, kids want that extra dose of sugar. But as a responsible adult, you opt for the inedible cup. You tell yourself it saves calories and that this is definitely the smarter choice. Let’s face it, though: ice cream is ice cream. The smartest choice you could make is to avoid it completely, but that’s no fun. Spare yourself the deprivation depression, and fill your cup with a scoop of high-protein frozen yogurt that’s swirled with fruit and chocolate. The cherry on top? You’ll spare enough calories to splurge on a cone.

Ingredients

2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
3 cups frozen cherries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup all-natural cashew butter
½ cup stevia powder
½ tsp. vanilla extract

  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and place in freezer for at least 2 hours.
  4. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and let sit for about 10 minutes to soften slightly.
  5. Top with more cherries, chocolate chips or chocolate syrup.
