Cherry Protein Pancakes with Crushed Pecans

Macros: 285 calories | 15.2 g net carbs | 42.4 g protein


1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
5 dried cherries, finely diced
1 pecan, smashed into small pieces
¼ cup egg whites
5.3 oz. Dannon Light & Fit Greek Cherry Yogurt, divided
1 tsp. Sweet Spreads Cinnamon Roll Coconutter, melted
1/8 tsp. almond extract


  1. In a high-speed blender, add protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, egg whites, half of the yogurt, Coconutter and almond extract. Process until smooth.
  2. In a skillet coated in non-stick spray, drop a ¼ cup of batter. Sprinkle with some diced cherries. Flip when pancake bubbles and flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remainder of batter.
  3. Before serving, top each pancake with remaining yogurt, diced cherry and pecan bits. Add whipped topping, is desired.
