When you can’t make up your mind on sweet or savory, this chili chocolate bark can give you both. It’s an unbelievably simple recipe with complex, stimulating flavors. To make, start with a double boiler to gently melt your chocolate chips of choice. Mix in cayenne and orange flavor. Use silicone molds with cute shapes or simply pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with orange zest and goji berries for specs of beautiful colors and pops of bright flavor. Optional: 1/4 tsp orange flavor

Optional: 1 organic orange

Instructions

  1. In double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
  2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon each of cayenne and orange flavor, if using.
  3. Pour mixture into a silicone chocolate mold or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with goji berries and grate fresh orange zest on top.
  5. Refrigerate chocolate five minutes or until hardened.
