Instructions

  1. In large pot over medium-high heat, add oil.
  2. Add garlic, onion, pepper, carrots and spices. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add chili and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in broth, tomatoes, pumpkin puree and bring to boil.
  5. Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve with garnishes of choice.
