Choco-Nut Protein Bars

Choco-Nut Protein Bars

Ingredients

½ cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
¼ cup applesauce
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Add applesauce and oil.

4. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture; stir to combine.

5. Divide mixture into 6 balls. Roll out balls to form bars; place on baking sheet.

6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
