Everyone has a few bad habits. Buying a bunch of bananas and letting a few turn brown is not the worst of them. But if you’d like to salvage your sinful ways, throw those puppies in the freezer for a rainy day. You’ll always be ready to make Chocolate Chip Banana Protein Muffins – and you’ll never be called a nana-killer. Hallelujah!  

Chocolate Banana Bread Protein Muffins

Makes 9 muffins
Macros per muffin: 217 calories | 9 g protein | 24 g carbs | 10 g fat | 3 g fiber | 11 g sugar

Ingredients

1 cup oat flour
3 scoops NLA Her Whey Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder
2 ripe bananas
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup honey
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until combined.
  3. Top with more chocolate chips, if desired. Bake about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
