2 Quest Coconut Cashew Protein Bars
2 Tbsp. reduced-fat shredded coconut
8 squares of Lily’s Dark Chocolate Coconut Bar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper.
- Break Quest bars into 4 equal parts (8 total) and flatten.
- Place a chocolate square in the middle of each flat piece. Wrap around chocolate and roll into a ball.
- Roll balls in shredded coconut and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle leftover shreds on top of cookies.
- Bake for 7 minutes.
