Luckily, you know better than to keep diet-breaking goodies around, so you bite into this mint chocolate fudge, filled with hemp protein, coconut butter and cocoa powder. Mint Chocolate Fudge with Hemp Protein

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Flour
¼ cup Vitacost Cocoa Powder
¼ cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
½ cup Silk Cashew Milk
¼ cup Sweet Spreads Dark Chocolate Mint Coconutter, melted
Mint extract
Quest Double Chocolate Chunk Bar, diced into small bits

Directions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and chill in the fridge to set.
  4. When set, slice into 6 large pieces (each slice is one serving). Dice each slice into 4 cubes.
