Chocolate Mint Protein Truffles

Makes 8

Ingredients

2 squares Lily’s Dark Chocolate Bar
1 Quest Mint Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar
Green sugar or sprinkles, optional

Directions

  1. Line a small baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Divide Quest bar into 8 equal squares. On a microwave-safe dish, microwave each square for 5-7 seconds, until soft.
  3. Roll each square into a ball.
  4. In a small bowl, melt chocolate. Coat each protein bar ball with chocolate.
  5. Transfer truffles to prepared pan and coat with sprinkles or sugar, if desired. Let sit until hardened.
