I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. I assume that little ditty is referring to the piercing shrills that issue forth from our mouths when reading the nutrition facts on a carton of ice cream. The label is riddled with obscene amounts of fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs and sugar. Sounds like this delightful frozen dessert could use a makeover. This Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream contains less junk and all-natural, healthy ingredients. Bonus: the protein powder gives the dessert a nice boost–25 grams worth. Not bad for ice cream, eh?
