Cookies are easy. But everyone loves cupcakes. What about a one-pot casserole? Your head is running in circles when it should be running straight…straight for the gluten-free chocolate cake that’s been turned into a circle. It’s the mindless choice for any occasion, even ones that don’t require food. Besides, with three different additions of rich, pure chocolate, no one will get bent out of shape if you show up bearing a frosted bundt. So get baking or be square!
