Cinnamon Brazil Nut Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
½ cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
Brazil nuts for decoration
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients (excluding nuts). Note: add eggs last. Batter will be sticky.
Drop tablespoon-sized batter onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes.
