Sugar and spice and everything nice—that’s what we wish cookies were made of. Processed sugar, high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors—those are the not-so-nice, belly-fattening ingredients that actually make up the crisp, chewy treats. The difference with these cookies is they’re nice to your waistline. Featuring a guilt-free protein bar, scrumptious coconut butter icing, sweet pumpkin seeds and a zero-calorie sugar substitute, theses deceptively healthy snacks are light on the calories and carbs, and heavy on the enticing, tempting flavor.
