You won’t have a worry in the world spooning up a serving of this healthified, sugar-free version, made with mellow vanilla, warming cinnamon and a base of brown rice.

Cinnamon-Vanilla Brown Rice Pudding

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. raisins

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate pudding overnight to let flavors mingle.
  3. Serve cold or warmed.
