With just five ingredients, a mixing bowl and a spoon, you can roll out a batch of these cinnamon-swirled dessert balls that not only showcase one of fall’s greatest flavors but are packed with protein, too!
Cinnamon & White Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
Makes 10-16 protein balls
Ingredients
½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 scoop cinnamon swirl protein powder
1/8 cup cinnamon roll coconut butter (softened)
1 Tbsp. white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. almond milk
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips and mix well.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate to set.
