Cinnamon & White Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

It’s easy to feel badly about not being a baker this time of year, with recipes for pumpkin cookies and apple cobblers constantly flooding your feeds. But not all tempting treats require an apron and an oven. With just five ingredients, a mixing bowl and a spoon, you can roll out a batch of these cinnamon-swirled dessert balls that not only showcase one of fall’s greatest flavors but are packed with protein, too!

Protein Balls Recipe: Cinnamon & White Chocolate Chip

Cinnamon & White Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Makes 10-16 protein balls

Ingredients

½ cup old-fashioned oats
1 scoop cinnamon swirl protein powder
1/8 cup cinnamon roll coconut butter (softened)
1 Tbsp. white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. almond milk 

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips and mix well.
  2. Stir in white chocolate chips.
  3. Shape mixture into balls and refrigerate to set.
