Frozen snacks are both refreshing and delicious—and this 4-ingredient ice pop recipe is no exception. These creamy, sweet-tart ice pops are the perfect alternative to processed, store-bought desserts and can be assembled in minutes. Made with yummy superfoods (hello, avocado!), you can prep a batch in the morning and they’ll be ready to go well before your little ones get home from day camp.

Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
14-oz. can full-fat coconut milk
4 Tbsp. Vitacost Organic Raw Honey
1 Tbsp. lime juice

Directions

  1. In blender, combine ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice pop molds, add sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours, or until solid.
