Coconut Macaroons with Chia and Hemp

No need to turn on the oven. The only tool you need to make this healthy, no-bake dessert is a mixing bowl. Just toss the ingredients into the bowl, mix everything together and scoop out the delicious macaroons. In 10 short minutes, you can have yourself refreshing and nourishing snack balls that are free of gluten, dairy and eggs. Bonus? Coconut Macaroons with Chia & Hemp

Makes 15


½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup maple syrup or raw honey
7 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Manna, melted
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
2 tsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds
1 tsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
¼ tsp. vanilla extract


1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. If mixture is to dry, add water.
  2. Scoop out 15 balls and roll them in the toppings to coat.
