When is ice more than just frozen water? When it’s fancily frozen between layers of fresh, juicy berries and set to float atop a fabulously fizzy cranberry mimosa punch! Trust us, you’ll want to try this “cool” trick at your next party.
Step 1: Cranberry Mimosa Punch (non-alcoholic – serves 10)
• 10 cups Dry Cranberry Sparkling Beverage
• 4 cups fresh cranberries
• 3 Tsp. Vitacost Vanilla Stevia
Directions:
Mix together in your fanciest punch bowl.
Step 2: “Berry Merry” Fruit-Infused Ice Ring
• Filtered water
• Fresh cranberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds
Directions:
1. Fill 1/3 of bundt pan with water, then freeze.
2. Add fresh berries and more water; freeze again.
3. Repeat at least one more layer.
4. To remove the ice ring, place bottom of pan in pot of hot water until you can safely loosen the ice.
5. Float atop cranberry punch.
