Creamy Citrus Mango-Maca Smoothie
Makes 1
Ingredients
1 cup organic rice milk
3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1/2 orange, peel removed and chopped
½ cup frozen mango
½ tsp. ground maca
Pinch ground cinnamon
Optional: pinch ground ginger or ½ tsp. fresh ginger
Directions
- Pour rice milk into high speed blender then add remaining ingredients.
- Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth.
