Creamy Green Pear Smoothie
Makes 1
Ingredients
½ ripe green pear
1 cup water
½ tsp. maca powder
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
2 cups organic leafy greens
3 drops vanilla liquid stevia or 1 pitted date
Directions
- Cut pear in half, remove seeds.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Sweeten to taste with stevia or a pitted date.
