Crockpot Chicken Soup

Crockpot Chicken Soup

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1½ cups carrots, sliced
1½ cup celery, sliced
½ onion, diced
6 cups water
1 tsp. pink salt
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a crockpot, combine all ingredients. Cover and set to low. Cook for 6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken breasts into small strips before serving.
