You don’t even have to worry about cutting off the crust!

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Makes 1

4 dates, pitted
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1  banana
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk 
1/3 cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. flax seed meal

 Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
