Dairy-Free Strawberry Milkshake

by | Updated: May 16th, 2018

A milkshake with no milk sounds like a hoax. But, truthfully, it’s a great idea. Too much dairy can cause gas, bloating and a generally upset stomach. You can avoid the discomfort and allow room for more nutrients when you whip up this plant-based “milk” shake. Creamy coconut plays a large part in creating a rich, dessert flavor and that too-thick-to-slurp-through-a-straw consistency. Don’t worry, though. If it gets tricky, you can always grab a spoon.
