Chunks of fresh whole fruit are more often found in scones or muffins. Cookies are never the first choice. Ironically, though, you’re probably one of a gazillion people whose habitually added berries to a bowl of oats or porridge. So why not turn that hearty breakfast into a bite-sized treat? Oh, and add dark chocolate chips. Dark chocolate and raspberries are an elegant duo, but more importantly, it’s dark chocolate.

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
 ¼ cup almond flour
 ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
 1/3 cup honey
 1 tsp. baking powder
 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
 1 egg white
 Fresh raspberries
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except raspberries. Stir until combined.
 - Carefully, fold in raspberries.
 - Spoon cookie batter onto baking sheet (about 2 tablespoons worth), top each cookie with chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
