Dark Chocolate Pistachio-Alomond Fudge
Makes 24 pieces
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter
16 oz. dark chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/6 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
2 cups chopped pistachios
Non-stick baking spray
Parchment paper
Directions
1. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with baking spray. Line with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a large heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water on the stovetop (in a double boiler), add all ingredients except for nuts. Stir until chocolate is melted and add in almonds and pistachios.
3. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove from fridge and cut into 24 pieces.
