Ingredients
4 scoops NLA Chocolate Éclair Her Whey
2 Tbsp. organic cacao powder
2 Tbsp. almonds, crushed
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
¼ cup almond milk
½ tsp. sea salt
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth and completely melted.
- Add remaining ingredients, reserving some almonds and sea salt for topping. Stir well.
- Pour mixture onto prepared cookie sheet, using a spoon or spatula to spread evenly.
- Sprinkle extra almonds and sea salt over top.
- Place in freezer to set.
- Cut or break apart into pieces. Take a bite of deliciousness and never look back.
