Dark Chocolate-Oat Dessert Balls

Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 8 pitted dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- ½ cup oats for rolling
Instructions

In food processor, pulse together oats, coconut flakes, flax and cocoa powder.

Add dates, coconut oil, and water. Pulse to combine.

Use a tablespoon to scoop batter, then roll into ball and place on plate. Repeat for remaining batter.

In dry skillet over medium-low heat, toast remaining oat until they’re golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Roll balls into toasted oats.
